Another happy customer sent in pictures of a finished apartment project which makes use of taller regency mdf skirting boards – although we have rarely seen skirting painted grey, we think it looks very slick with the other decorations.

Another happy customer sent in these photos of their cornish holiday property which has been completely renovated with all new skirting boards and architraves. We are always super pleased to see these kinds of results from our customers and we are very proud to supply these quality products.

A customer of ours has just send us specifications for a custom skirting board profile – this thing is a beast.

The skirting boards are 51cm tall and 8 cm thick, essentially these are skirting beams. The architraves are equally behemoth at 35cm wide by 3cm deep.

We will definitely be requesting pictures of the finished job, but for now take a look at these specifications.

The dutch like to keep things simple – one of our skirting boards geeks was recently in holland and couldn’t help but look at the skirting. Our skirting geek remarked that all the skirting and architrave (known as plinths) are the same – small square edge boards. Our geek did snap one photo, but “didn’t bother taken more because they are all the same”

That’s dutch practicality for you.

Mr Blavo sent it photos of the ribbed profile skirting we produced for him. Apparently a neighbour liked the look so much they too will be ordering the same product from us shortly. I have to say, the finish is very classy.

Our skirting boards geeks have been out on the town again, this time at Jacques Bistro in Shrewsbury where they found this fine example of skirting, paneling and dado.
